MNNIT Allahabad to host rock fest 'Calrav'

The annual cultural festival of the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad, 'Calrav', is all set to kick start from the 26th of January and preparations are in full swing to make it even better this year.
And that seems to be the reason behind the addition of 'Rock fest' into the list of events this time. "we want to see 'Calrav' getting bigger and better with every passing year and therefore on student's huge demand, we are also organizing a Rock fest on the third day of this 3-day festival.
What is even more interesting is the fact that we are giving opportunities to a number of professional bands both from the city as well as other places, to perform at this mega event, and the students are quite excited about it," reveals Dr Shivesh, a member of the organizing committee, which is overseeing all developments, and adds, "Once everything gets finalized, we also intend to make the list of bands performing at the event, public."
